Warranty Policy
TTN Industrial products are covered by:
- 5-year structural warranty
- 2-year hydraulic warranty
- 2-year electrical warranty
Warranty periods begin from the original purchase date.
What Is Covered
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use.
Structural coverage includes main frames, columns, lifting arms, runways, crossbeams and factory welds.
Hydraulic and electrical coverage includes components such as cylinders, pumps, hoses, motors, switches and control systems.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Incorrect installation or maintenance.
- Overloading, misuse or accidental damage.
- Unsuitable concrete, anchoring or electrical supply.
- Rust, corrosion, water damage or environmental damage.
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications.
- Consumable or regularly serviced parts.
Warranty coverage may be affected if the product was not installed, operated and maintained according to the supplied instructions.
Making a Warranty Claim
To make a claim, contact TTN Industrial with:
- Your proof of purchase.
- Product model and serial number.
- A description of the fault.
- Clear photos or videos.
- Installation or servicing records where relevant.
Do not arrange repairs or return the product without approval from TTN Industrial.
Approved claims may be resolved through replacement parts, repair or product replacement, depending on the fault.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
